Infectiously good tracks such as \u00d4\u00c7\u00ffTake Me Dancing&#8217; and \u00d4\u00c7\u00ffGirls Like Me&#8217; are amassing millions of listeners on the streaming site, the majority of them stateside, the songwriter delightedly reveals in an interview with <em>Music Week<\/em>. Last March Cook played a set at SXSW in Texas, which generally tends be a good indicator of how well you&#8217;re doing.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe title=\"Spotify Embed: Message\" style=\"border-radius: 12px\" width=\"100%\" height=\"152\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/track\/1e0kaIBfhEbrk5vVuvJ3NH?utm_source=oembed\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>He&#8217;s already captured the hearts and imagination of many and so soon in his musical career, as well. And we&#8217;re not just talking about music lovers, either. His two EPs, which feature the brilliantly heartfelt \u00d4\u00c7\u00ffMessage&#8217; as well as new track, \u00d4\u00c7\u00ffSweet Dreamer&#8217;, proved popular amongst the industry bigwigs, scoring him a signing to Atlantic Records and a Track of the Day on Radio 1.<\/p>\n<p>The year 2017 is certainly going to be a big one for Will Joseph Cook. It already looks as though it&#8217;s off to a good start; there&#8217;s talk of a debut album in the New Year and he&#8217;s been chosen as Sundara Karma&#8217;s main support for their nationwide February tour.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.paradigmagency.com\/Asset\/W\/i\/Will_Joseph_Cook_024_ret.jpg\" width=\"6433\" height=\"4266\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The nineteen year old oozes confidence and professionalism, yet within all that there is still something so child-like, carefree and simply enjoyable about it all. There is nothing pretentious or in-your-face about this guy, which is what ultimately makes him so likeable.
