Some examples of what the show will feature include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Holistic &amp; Alternative Therapies<\/li>\n<li>Psychic Readers<\/li>\n<li>Spiritual Arts &amp; Crafts<\/li>\n<li>Nutrition\/<span class=\"il\">Wellness<\/span>\/Organic &amp; Vegan Health &amp; Beauty Products<\/li>\n<li>Spiritual Jewellery<\/li>\n<li>Crystals<\/li>\n<li>Aura Photography<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">I also teach <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shamsnismuk.com\/\">Shamanism <\/a>and Ecstatic Dance Workshops focused on earth based ecstatic practices, positive transformation and the\u252c\u00e1 awakening of creative energy and power.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>What do you hope to achieve?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I hope that people attending will experience a great transformational day, learn new helpful knowledge, make heart focused connections as together we are stronger. The South Wales\u252c\u00e1<span class=\"il\">Wellness<\/span>\u252c\u00e1Show aim to facilitate wonderful experiences: Psychic Readings, healing taster sessions and\u252c\u00e1 attendees will find some wonderful organic natural goodies to buy.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>How did you become interested in holistic health and wellbeing?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">I became interested in Holistic Health and Wellbeing at the age of 18 when I did my Reiki one and started researching esoteric wisdom. Since then I trained in many other different healing modalities such a shamanism and hypnotherapy.
