We’ve teamed up with Banff Mountain Film Festival to give one of you the chance to win 2 tickets for the 2020 Blue programme. Here’s a little preview of what’s in store for you.

The Banff Mountain Film Festival is back for 2020 with a brand new selection of adventure films! With events all across the UK and Ireland until the 26th of May, the festival brings you the most inspirational stories told through stunning cinematography from the wildest corners of the planet.

The short films are a must-watch for anyone who loves adventures, and every evening is “a celebration of the great outdoors, with a great atmosphere and a real sense of community”.

This year, like last year, we’ve teamed up with Banff to give one of our readers the chance to win two tickets for the Blue Programme showing in Cardiff at St. David’s Hall on Wednesday 25 March.

The line-up for the evening includes Nina Williams’ breath-taking bouldering adventure (The High Road), blind veteran Lonnie Bedwell’s kayaking trip through the Grand Canyon (The Long River Home), a wonderful story of long-distance skating on natural ice (A Nordic Skater), and many other unmissable entries.

To enter the competition, just follow these two simple steps:

  1. Make sure to follow us on Instagram (@quenchculture).
  2. Either DM us on Instagram or e-mail us ([email protected]) telling us about an adventure you had which is particularly significant to you (around 150 words). The deadline for submitting your adventure is the 13th of March.

We will announce the winner on March 18th! Good luck everyone, and may the most exciting adventure win!
