ÔÇ£Come winter time, we will be getting into a bus and setting up equipment in some rooms up and down the British Isles, playing music songs for those who care to listen,ÔÇØ posted The Darkness rather cryptically on their Facebook page in June. The Suffolk band, whose combination of the hard rocking grooves of AC/DC and the multi-layered vocals of Queen took the rock world by storm in the early 2000s, have announced a UK tour hitting up a number of smaller venues. A reaction to recent larger UK shows since their reunion in 2011, supporting Lady Gaga at stadiums throughout the country and playing the main stages of Download and T in the Park festivals, this run will see the 10-year-old Permission To Land, home to favourites such as I Believe in a Thing Called Love, Get Your Hands Off My Woman and Growing On Me, being played in full, alongside an array of other hits. With support from Derbyshire rock band Lostalone, who have also supported the likes of Paramore and My Chemical Romance, this is a one way ticket to Hell and back you donÔÇÖt want to miss out on.
