JAWS; one of the initial bands that fronted the promising, yet never fully realised, ÔÇÿB-TownÔÇÖ music scene early in the decade, alongside Swim Deep and Peace, travel to Cardiff at the tail end of their 21-date UK tour. Taking residence in Womanby StreetÔÇÖs Clwb Ifor Bach, or the affectionately nicknamed ÔÇÿWelsh ClubÔÇÖ, alongside support from Nai Harvest, expect to be faced with hazey, atmospheric indie pop. The support from Nai Harvest is telling of JAWS newest foray into a full-length release, with the pop-punk band rawness possibly rubbing off on them. Coming off of the lazing 2014 debut album ÔÇÿBe SlowlyÔÇÖ and predecessor ÔÇÿMilkshakeÔÇÖ, JAWSÔÇÖ first single off their not-yet-named new album, ÔÇÿWhat We HavenÔÇÖt Got YetÔÇÖ, presents a new form of the band that have a sense of immediacy about them. This UK tour will give fans a first glance at the newfound youthfulness encompassing the band.
